We have to continually fundraise to help cover the running costs of the organisation and to ensure that we do not make the poverty of those struggling to live on a low-income worse by asking them to pay for all the items they receive.

We also operate a charity shop at 32A Princes Street, Thurso which has three sales floors.  A lift has been installed for the disabled and infirm.

All funds raised are used to finance HomeAids charitable work.

HomeAid understands how important customers are to its continual success. This is why they carry out regular surveys to make sure they satisfy their customers.

60% of HomeAid's regular customers come in weekly into the Charity Shop 

The arrangement of items in the Charity Shop seem to tap into the 'explorer's mind.' People come in regularly incase they miss a good bargain.
